Scientific papers:

In the WhiteFish project period, 12 scientific papers have been accepted for publication in journals. Definition and principles of products are described in several of these papers, which it relevant when documenting sustainability of cod and haddock. Some of these papers are directly based on the work done in WhiteFish; some of them relevant in connection with the scientific methods utilized in the project and the pilot cases that we have chosen. It is worth noting that WhiteFish is an industry-driven project mainly focused on practical development and application, and that in WhiteFish scientific papers are a bonus, not a primary project objective in itself.
